Ive walked along the line of recovery and falling back into old habits for three months and I’m over it. I’ve been maintaining, not gaining, but also not losing. I want to go back to school in September a new person. While most of that is in regards to the number on the scale, I will do everything I can to make heads turn in the hallways. My style, my hair, my makeup, glasses, everything. I will go from a disgusting 130 pounds to 100. I will eat healthy and exercise everyday until my muscles are screaming in pain. So if any of you are in the same boat, please read below for my daily plan.

•wake up at 7:00 a.m every morning

•if i want to, i can eat a small breakfast of <150 calories, but it’s not necessary, take vitamins

•jump rope for 30 minutes

•take a shower, then wash face, and brush teeth+hair

•depending on the day, change into everyday outfit or work uniform

•go to work or find a way to spend the next 8 hours,

•snack throughout the day, but eat no more than 500 cals and only healthy snacks

•go to Starbucks and get either green tea or black coffee

•if mom prepares din din, eat five bites or come up with an excuse not to eat at all

•take a walk or jump rope for 20 minutes

•charge phone and watch, wash face, and do laundry

•go to bed :)

Hopefully I will lose 30 pounds by September, and if not, by New Years. I know this is a slippery slope, I’ve been down it before. I need to do this for myself before I go insane.
